Need Help to Obtain a Visa?

As an non-US resident, could a letter confirming your meeting registration help with your efforts to obtain a visa to attend the IEEE PES General Meeting (GM)? See sample text below.

General Meeting registration is scheduled to open the week of March 28th. Once registration has opened, here is the process to follow:

To obtain your letter of confirmation, complete your online registration for the GM, with payment.

If you are a non-US resident, during the registration process you will be asked specific questions for personalization of your letter.  Once your registration is complete and payment made, you will be emailed a link to the conference registration system so you can download and print your signed, personalized letter which is on official letterhead.

Note: Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate requests for letters of invitation. IEEE has a strict policy which no longer permits us to provide letters of invitation to attendees, regardless of your role in the GM. We regret that we can provide letters of confirmation only, with text that closely matches the samples.
