The 2020 IEEE PES General Meeting will be a virtual event from 3-6 August 2020. This material will be available until 28 August. Many of the sessions will focus on how Big Data, Machine Learning, and Electric Transportation are Transforming the Grid.

2020 IEEE PES GM Virtual Student Poster Session and Contest
The 2020 IEEE PES General Meeting organizing committee and the student activities subcommittee of IEEE PES Power and Energy Education Committee are happy to announce that there will be a Virtual Student Poster Session and Contest. The IEEE PES General Meeting 2020 has now transitioned to a fully virtual format. Students will still be able to present their work and highlight their research accomplishments in the virtual Student Poster Session and Contest! Information in regards to the exact format of the Student Poster Session will be sent out at a later date.
Undergraduate students are encouraged to submit abstracts pertaining to research and/or senior design projects. The deadline for poster abstract submission has been extended to June 5th.

Please Note: Because of these uncertain times, the requirement to be registered for the conference in order to submit an application to the student program is being waved. However, students will need to be registered for the 2020 PES GM in order to participate in the program.
