With one author registration, that author can present up to 2 papers, and any additional paper will require a USD$150.00 payment per paper.

Full Conference Registration Includes

Two Day Conference Registration Includes
Access to all sessions for the two consecutive days you are registered, Sunday Welcome Reception (if registered for Sunday), Monday Poster Session/Reception (if registered for Monday), and Conference proceedings.
Must be two consecutive days. No multiple two-day registrations are allowed.
One Day Conference Registration Includes
Access to all sessions for the day you are registered, Sunday Welcome Reception (if registered for Sunday), Monday Poster Session/Reception (if registered for Monday), and Conference proceedings.
Companion/Child Registration Includes
Access to the conference social events including Daily Breakfast, Sunday Access to the conference social events including Daily Breakfast, Sunday Welcome Reception, and Monday Poster Session/Reception.
The following are not included in any of the conference registrations, you must purchase as an add-on(s): Tutorials, Plain talks, Technical Tours, Awards Gala, Student/Industry/Faculty (SIF) Luncheon.

International Attendee Travel Information
We look forward to welcoming participants from around the world to our upcoming event. As you prepare for your journey to the United States, please review the following visa application and travel guidelines to help ensure a smooth and successful arrival.
Applying for a Visa (this can be optional for an event to include)
Begin the visa application process as early as possible if you need a temporary non-immigrant visa to attend the conference. Processing times and visa appointment availability vary by location. The U.S. Department of State recommends applying at least 3-4 months in advance of your travel date. Visit travel.state.gov for the most up-to-date information.
Travel Guidelines
- Verify travel documents: Ensure your visa, ESTA, or other required paperwork is valid and aligns with your travel purpose.
- Stay informed about entry requirements: Visit the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website or your local U.S. embassy.
- Utilize scientific travel resources: The National Academy of Sciences International Visitors Office (IVO) guides visa interview preparation and travel to the U.S.
- Organize essential documents: Have all required materials, including event confirmation, hotel booking, and return flight details, ready at the border.
- Arrival considerations: Due to enhanced security protocols, international travelers may experience longer processing times at ports of entry.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received on or before 27 June 2025 will receive a full refund minus a USD$50 processing fee. After 27 June 2025, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.
International Attendees: If you have not received your visa by 26 June 2025, you should consider cancelling your registration because there will be no refunds for attendees who do not get their visa. You can always register again later or onsite if you get your visa. The US$50 processing fee will still be forfeited. IEEE PES cannot intervene on your behalf to help you get your visa. Remember: You can print a letter confirming registration to use for VISA applications
Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address [email protected] no later than 27 June 2025.
