IEEE PES has negotiated a special group rate of CAD$259 per night for PES General Meeting attendees. The group rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of state tax (currently 5%), local tax (currently 9.975%) and lodging and eco tax currently 4%.
Reservations must be made by 3:00pm America/Toronto Time on Wednesday, 17 June 2026 to get the group rate. Once when room block is sold out, the hotel will offer rooms/rates based upon availability.
